Important info

 
DEPOSIT
A €30 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your total pricing. The remaining balance must be paid in CASH on the day of your appointment. Deposits are refundable only if we are at fault for the cancellation.
 
APPOINTMENT 
Appointment slots will be released on the 25th of each month. You can reschedule your appointment within the same month as the initial booking up to 48 hours prior. After that time period, the deposit is no longer valid.
 
LATENESS 
We value punctual clients and encourage everyone to be on time. However we understand that sometimes not everything goes to plan. A 20 min grace period is in place, failure to arrive within this time frame will result in a cancellation of your appointment.
 
PLEASE NOTE
It is required to arrive with your hair freshly washed, blow-dryed and detangled. There must be NO product in your hair upon arrival, as this will result in cancellation or rescheduling. These requirements help us achieve the best possible results for your service.

SQUEEZE IN APPOINTMENT 
We do offer squeeze-in spots if available. This is an additional fee starting at €25 depending on the hairstyle. The spots will be shared on Instagram Stories.
 
HAIR PROVIDED 
We provide braiding extensions for any hairstyle. For boho hairstyles we provide synthetic bulks/bundles. You can bring your own bulks/bundles if it is human hair. Two bulks/bundles are included in the price. For each added bulk/bundle there will be an additional fee of €25. The price will not be reduced if bringing your own bulks/bundles.
 
HAIRSTYLES
We are open to trying out (trending) hairstyles that are not listed on the price list. You can send us a message via WhatsApp for requests and price info.
 
DISORDERS / MEDICAL CONDITIONS 
If you have a scalp disorder or any medical conditions that effects doing your hair. We advise you not to book an appointment with us. Make sure to get it properly checked by professionals until it is cured. Your well-being is what we care about most.
 
PARKING 
Parking is available on the street near the salon (not at the front). Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure you find parking, as spaces may be limited
 
Friendly reminder
•Hair must be 4 inches all around in order to achieve all services provided.
•We do not service clients under 16 years old.
•No additional guests are allowed during appointments. Clients under 18 may be accompanied by one parent or legal guardian.
